Dear Reader;
As a special gift to you, I offer this received prayer. Speak it, sing it, learn it by heart. Feel how each aspect of our human experience is addressed through these simple words. Prayer requires no religion, no technique, no expertise. Prayer is simply a willingness to desire communication with God or Creator, and to receive support for the expansion of our being.
I often say Prayer daily to release stress, to connect with Spirit, and to remind me about what is important in every moment.
In this recording, I have included several repetitions to allow for a deeper experience of its resonance. I recommend a restful posture and headphones.
PRAYER I ask that fear be taken from me that I trust my place in the world I pray that beauty surrounds me and my arms be ever open to Love I claim the Creator within me I know my joy is a choice I surrender to the heart which leads me I allow the sound of my voice I allow the sound of my voice I align with the purpose of my calling I am filled with the freedom to serve I love myself as I love all of Life I am grateful for my days upon this Earth I am grateful for my days upon this Earth
