PRAY SOFT
Don't pray hard I know it is what you have been told when things are broken when the sky falls when you don't know what to do I see you wrinkle your brow drop your head and will your spirit to connect with some kind of benevolence some kind of hope and salvation But don’t pray hard Pray deeply instead pray with acceptance with a knowing that you are safe even in the midst of it all Pray with humility with absolute surrender to the moment because this moment is everything you have Don't pray hard Because prayer isn't meant to be difficult Prayer in fact is the very letting go of all ideas of hardship praying not to be redeemed but rather remembered in our own godly union as with each whisper the touch of Spirit holds us closer still Don't pray hard Pray always pray everywhere until praying is breathing and breathing is praying and the remembering is so complete that every face becomes a face of love
Don't pray hard ever again Instead pray softly now easier than ever before than you ever imagined than you have ever allowed because prayer does not give us any answers we don't already hold Pray until the heart of prayer is found until doubt leaves and you enter a land of Peace without trying only flowing falling softly like a first snow so very ready to melt Pray but pray soft and sweet for you are already heard loved and understood There is no question of your innate perfection Pray true pray real pray innocent and pure but never fearful and never hard because dear child of Earth and Sky hard was never meant for you much love, Adi
