If You Can't Get No

Dear Reader;

I return from a few precious days in nature, on the water, with family. Wherever we go there we are, most especially with those nearest and dearest to us. In these days of ongoing, simmering conflict, may these words guide us:

Expectation is a breeding ground for bitterness.
Judgement is the enemy of authenticity. 
Stillness is the gestation of wisdom.
From a sufficient heart forgiveness is born.
