The End of Separation

Dear Reader;

So many opinions, so many revelations, so many conflicts, confusions and fears. We are awash in the challenges of our times. We are asked to tell the truth as never before and to understand what has seemed unfathomable in the past, yet what is the over-arching principle which leads us back to Spirit, even when flames rise high, even when darkness looms?

How do we transform the suffering we witness, and feel?

Here are some words to absorb, to speak aloud, to write on the bathroom mirror, for it is time for our separation to end.

the path of division
we must taste
the absence
we must witness the death
we must walk
in a vulnerable body
to know the way
to return
to the infinite One
And now
that day is here

This state
this experience of one-ness
is not simply metaphysical
but rather expresses
in every moment
It is an opportunity found
in every corner
of your world

What are the words?
How do we speak
what is now becoming
the One?

To the political enemy
I see you
I see me in you
I thank you
I love the you that is in me
In this way
our separation ends

To poverty in the material
I see you
I see me in you
I thank you
I love the you that is in me
In this way
our separation ends

To illness in the body
I see you
I see me in you
I thank you
I love the you that is in me
In this way
our separation ends

To the food on the plate
To the rivers and the oceans
To the crying child
To the terror in the night
I see you
I see me in you
I thank you
I love the you that is in me
In this way
our separation ends

This
our undying principle
of all existence
will awaken us
in these times
as we return to witnessing
the One
even as we still walk
in bodies of two and two

And as we open our yes
to this knowing
so much will be revealed
so much we have tried
to understand with our minds
will be spoken to
by the ever-knowing
of the Great Heart
which is One
One Spirit
One Source
One Being at all times.."
