I am excited to share this new video with you today. It offers an excerpt from a transmission from December, 2005, one which speaks to my heart more clearly now than ever before.
Creativity is the face of Spirituality in our present times. There is no separating the two, and this means that spiritual expansion is available to us all, in every moment of every day.
Every image in this video depicts a human being engaged in the creative process, and of course, there are countless avenues beyond what is represented here. Creativity is a state of mind that can infuse how we dress, work, eat, play, and make love. It is the fuel to our growth, and the medicine for our stagnation, distraction, and fear.
Think of this video as a love letter to you, my dear readers, calling to the part of you that may be overwhelmed, or worried, or lonely. I promise you, when you connect with the spark of the Creator that lives within, your doubts will fall away, and you will remember the light of love within, that is always expanding, ever-present, and never, ever dies.
The journey of the creative awakening is always found in the willingness to awaken also to the Self It has been said so often that the artist is selfish the artist lives only in her own world the artist is the solitary the uncaring soul and while this is not a perspective of wisdom or understanding it does contain within it an important grain of truth about how to become the artist that you have always wished to be Since the beginning of time the artistic nature of women and men has arisen as an expression of the soul an internal impulse to portray, represent, communicate the truths of the human heart And it is through the honouring of the drive to create that the power of the medium is revealed when it comes from the heart’s desire rather than the head’s interpretation of how to please those who might respond And so in order to fully create to open the powers of connection which is what creation is the further one can travel into the authenticity of the Self the more quickly one can tell the truth about what the heart is aching to say...
How can you approach your daily tasks today, seeing the world through the lens of your inner Creator? How will you allow your Artist to come out to play?
